  • How do I a make an order?
    Navigate to the collections of our site and take an online walk through our pieces. Choose the one you prefer (+ color & size if applicable) , add it to cart and follow the easy checkout process to finalize your order. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. and then chose the preferred payment method. Once you ‘ve done all the above , a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you in no time. Make sure to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there.
  • I having trouble to submit an order, what are the exact steps?"
    You submit an order by entering all required information during the ordering process: -Choose the jewellery of your interest. -Choose your “Material” and “other options” where required and confirm quantity. -Click on the “Add to Card” button. -Click “Checkout” . -Fill in Shipping Details and press "Continue". -Select “Shipping Method” and then press “Continue”. -Select "Payment" i.e. PayPal for online payment OR Manual Payment for offline payment and then press “Continue”. -Under “Review & Place Order” you will be able to view the details you have provided and correct any possible mistakes. After this review, press “Place Order” to complete the transaction. Once you ‘ve done all the above, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you in no time. Make sure to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there. If you are still having trouble please contact us by email or call us to place an order.
  • Can I cancel my order or change my order after the confirmation?
    Sure, everyone makes mistakes. Just e-mail us the sooner possible at kokodialma.com informing us about the cancellation or the changes you want to make and we will issue a refund or a change for you accordingly. Don’t forget the order number we have sent you and don’t think about it too much … once the goods are shipped you have to check our Return Policy in our Shipping and Returns page.
  • What is the Return Policy for orders?
    Any item purchased from our site can be returned (unless indicated at the time of purchase as Non-Returnable) We offer three options regarding returns: full credit / full refund / exchange. Please check our Return Policy in our Shipping and Returns page to learn more.
  • How does your delivery method works?
    We ship our goods using courier and post services. Once your order is shipped, we‘ll send you tracking info where you can check its shipping status. Once the payment of your order has been cleared , your order is shipped. Please check our Shipping and Returns page to learn more.
  • My order hasn’t turned up yet, what do I do?"
    First of all check you order status by using the link with the tracking number that we have sent you once we shipped your goods. If there isn’t any movement for a while you can contact the local post service using the tracking number we sent you. Of course we are always here to assist; if you still face problems, contact us via e-mail and we will sort it out.
  • What about care instructions?
    It is important to take special care of your jewellery. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, sunscreens. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom or any humid spot. Water does not affect the quality of the platting, as long as it doesn’t stay on the jewelry. Sea water can affect the brightness of the color plating. Store your jewellery away from natural sunlight and heat. Please check our Product Care page for more info.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Our shop accepts online payment with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and manual payment using Bank deposits. We offer the Cash on Delivery option only for delivery on Greek address. You’ll be able to choose the method you like just before the check out. When the transaction is completed you’ll receive a receipt including an order number via email.   • Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. It depends on the policy of your country’s post service. We apologize for that, but it’s something that doesn’t depend on us.
  • Do I have to register for an account in order to place an order?
    Nope! Registration is not necessary to buy something, it’s optional. You can simply fill in the payment and shipping form details at check out. However , registration can save time and money in the future! You won’t have to fill your details every time you want to buy something from our shop plus registration gives you the ability to save your order history, receiving newsletters and receiving discount coupon codes from time to time.
  • I received a discount coupon code, how can I use it?"
    Follow the steps : Under the Payment section during checkout, click in the “Enter a promo code” field. Enter your coupon code Click “Apply”. The discount will be deducted from your order total.
